SUNLITE is a project undertaken to provide the basic necessity of light to the people living in villages of rural areas at an extremely affordable price by manufacturing & distributing environmental friendly, portable Solar powered LED Lanterns.

The concept of the Solar lantern is based on the idea of combining the sun’s energy with modern technology to protect scarce energy resources such as fuel, in an attempt to contain the increasing ill effects of global warming & other environmental hazards, by eliminating carbon di-oxide being emitted from rural homes.

For millions of villagers all over the world, life comes to a grinding halt at sunset – with no electricity there is no light to work, study or play. There is no light for children to study or for any family entertainment.
